Join Team Friends as a Youth Advocate/Professional Mentor (Friend)

Youth Advocate/Professional Mentor (Friend), or as we call them Friends, are critical members of a team of support providers for a cohort of approximately 150 Achievers in grades K1 through 12. Youth Advocates are responsible for being the primary “Friend” to 8 Achievers in the Elementary cohort and 10 in the Adolescent cohort. Youth Advocates ensures that the necessary life, home, and school supports are available to help every Achiever with their social emotional and educational development. Youth Advocates work collaboratively with other team members and reports directly to one of two Assistant Program Directors - Elementary or Adolescent.
