Daniella Dias joined Friends-Boston in February 2024 as the Individual Giving Manager, working closely with the Development team to strengthen donor and institutional relationships. Utilizing her experience in grassroots and community organizing, she comes to Friends-Boston passionate about transforming conventional wisdom around philanthropy and donor-nonprofit relationships by integrating equity and community voices into every decision-making process.
Prior to working at Friends-Boston, Daniella worked in the Development and Donor Services department at The Boston Foundation, partnering with donors to hone their philanthropic goals. She received her Bachelors in Political Science in 2020, and Masters of Public Policy in 2021 from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and she hopes to utilize her education and lived experience to connect with and advocate for the Friends-Boston community.
