Robert has been with Korn Ferry since 2007 as the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Board Leadership Services. Prior to this role, he was the CEO at Heidrick & Struggles. Robert graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor’s in Economics and he later received his MBA from Harvard University, focusing on Finance.
