Lori Ali is passionate about people- what motivates us, how we grow, and what allows us to reach our full potential. Her career has been shaped by a deep interest in human behavior and a belief that understanding people is at the heart of building strong leaders, teams and communities.
Lori is Head of Talent as PSG, a Boston based private equity firm where she works closely with senior leaders on talent, leadership development, team effectiveness and organizational growth. She is also a trained executive coach, which has given her the opportunity to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and at many different stages of their lives and careers.
Outside of work, Lori lives in Needham with her husband and is the mother of three young adults who she derives great joy from. She brings to the Board a genuine curiosity, empathy, energy, and a genuine desire to help others.
I joined Friends of the Children because I deeply believe in the power of relationships to change the trajectory of a child’s life.
