BOARD: Kristen Tilley

Kristen is an Investment Analyst at Boston Children’s Hospital where she helps to manage the Endowment, Pension, and other investment assets of the hospital. Prior to working at Boston Children’s, she spent four years on the investment team at Guidepost Growth Equity, a lower middle market tech-focused growth equity firm.

Kristen graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at UPenn with a B.S. in Economics from Wharton and a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering with a minor in Math.

Originally from the Boston area, she enjoys cheering on Boston sports teams and running along the Charles. She is also a mentor for Minds Matter Boston.
