BOARD: Jasmine Welcome

Jasmine Welcome, LICSW, is the founder of Roots Unraveled, LLC, a clinical social worker, therapist and creator of The Self-Care Planner. She has over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. Jasmine's career started as a Girl Scout troop leader for the FaB Factor program and pivoted to a journey which ultimately led to private practice! Jasmine is an active public servant in her community and serves on the professionals board for the African-American Alumnae/i Association at Simmons College. She volunteers for Girl Scouts of Eastern MA, The Red Cross and St. Francis Homeless Shelter. Jasmine is a native of Boston MA and enjoys traveling, creating playlists, and dancing!
