BOARD: Jasmine Welcome, LICSW

Owner/Director of Roots Unraveled, Jasmine provides virtual therapeutic services across the life span and consulting services including speaking engagements, workshops, program development and clinical trainings. Her journey with FOTC Boston began in 2014 as an MSW Intern, laying the foundation for her subsequent career in healthcare, community settings, and private practice. Her commitment to social change is embedded in community engagement as an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Girl Scouts (lifetime member), YW Lead Boston and The Greater Boston Association of Black Social Workers. Jasmine joined Friends of The Children Boston YPB in 2023.

Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds joy in experiencing live music, exploring diverse culinary experiences, and cherishing quality time with loved ones.
