BOARD: Jasmine Welcome, LICSW

Jasmine is the Owner/Founder of Roots Unraveled. She provides mental health services as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Jasmine's relationship with FOTC Boston began as a MSW Intern in 2014. Since then, she has worked in healthcare, community settings and private practice. Jasmine is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. In her free time, she enjoys live music, trying new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
