Favour Emem is an Assistant Vice President in Product Development at State Street, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on private markets and investor servicing solutions. She partners across business, technology, and operations to develop innovative products that enhance client experiences and drive meaningful outcomes.

Originally from Nigeria, Favour spent several years growing up in Qatar before moving to Boston to pursue her education. Her international journey shaped her belief in the transformative power of mentorship, education, and community, and continues to fuel her passion for creating opportunities that help others reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Favour enjoys staying active, traveling, exploring cuisines, listening to music, and prioritising self-care.
